School History

Emerson Elementary School was constructed in 1955 and is located at 1011 E. Caldwell Street, Compton, California. The site consists of 10.1 acres, and is comprised of 11 single story permanent buildings and 27 portable classroom buildings. There are a total of 48 classrooms available for curriculum needs.
